Our Speaker

Jeremiah Knoop

Pastor Jeremiah Knoop is thrilled to be the speaker for this year’s Family Camp. Jeremiah was born at an early age on the Navajo Reservation in Arizona. He met his wife Elizabeth on a mission trip in Guatemala, and they fell in love the moment he told her that her hair looked like a bunch of goats! After college, Jeremiah studied in Israel, pastored a church in Nebraska, earned several degrees in Bible stuff, and now he now serves as the lead pastor of a cross-cultural church in the Twin Cities. He and Elizabeth have four boys. Jeremiah grew up going to Camp Jim way back in the olden days, and his highest joy is sharing the love of Jesus and the life-changing truth of God’s Word in the Bible. He also enjoys long beards, yummy coffee, manly adventures, playing basketball, worship music, and paddle boarding. He is also the world’s newest chicken farmer.
