What to Bring:

  • Sleeping bag or bedding for a single bed
  • Pillow
  • Towel and toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc.)
  • Toothbrush and toothpaste
  • Shoes (sandals, good shoes for outdoors)
  • Rain gear
  • Jacket
  • Bible, notebook, something to write with
  • Optional Silent Auction item to donate, to help raise youth program funds
  • Monies to spend on the Silent Auction

Dietary needs

Let us know if you have any special diet concerns, we have gluten and dairy free options available!

Campers can also have access to a refridgerator and microwave for food they would like to bring.  (please clearly label food with campers full name).

How is COVID-19 affecting the retreat this year?

We are paying close attention to state guidelines, as well as the CDC and World Health Organization. We will be following “social distancing” guidelines where possible and will be adjusting the schedule to accomodate for the amount of people at each activity.

Will I have to wear a mask?

With the mask mandate, we are required to wear masks indoors. If you have a reason where you can’t wear one – we won’t ask. 

What are the cabins like?

All our cabins have bathrooms, showers, and air conditioning/heating.

They are carpeted and located within 200 feet of a basement or storm shelter.

What do I do if I find a lost item or if I lose something?

If still at camp – Find a staff person and we go from there.

If at home – Call Camp office via phone 218-829-6767 or email camp@campjim.org with name, contact, item description and where you either found the item or think you left something. We will contact you back and, if found, return it to you at your expense. 

All lost and found items are disposed of after 30 days.
